My configuration for the tmux terminal multiplexer.
My configuration for the CTWM window manager.
My configuration file for GNU Emacs, somewhat edited for publication.
Configuration file for the Gnus mail and News client.
Configuration file for the Ratpoison window manager, which I once used on my laptop.
My X Window start file.
The (few) application resources I set for use in the X Window System. Mainly deals with Emacs and xterm.
The standard font of the MGR Window System converted to PCF for use in the X Window System. Full ISO 8859-1. Very thin and very nice to look at for many hours on end.
Same thing as above for use in VGA text mode under the Linux and FreeBSD consoles.
X11 keyboard mapping for XFree86 and standard Swedish PC keyboard.
Things I've changed from the standard Swedish keyboard is that Control is directly to the left of "A", ESC is directly to the left of "1" and the keys åäö (ÅÄÖ) produces }{| (][\) with AltGr pressed.
This makes a lot of sense if you know anything about the Swedish version of 7 bit ASCII, but perhaps a bit less sense otherwise. It's a much better place for these keys than the standard, though, with { on AltGr + 7, for instance.
The rest of the keymaps below follow the same layout, unless otherwise noted.
Same thing for the Thinkpad X60s. Note that the Windows key is Mod2 and can be used, for instance, in a window manager.
Keyboard mappings for the FreeBSD console, originally for a Thinkpad 570 but also works on Thinkpad X60s and regular 102 keyboard, even USB keyboards.
Function keys change virtual console unmodified. Other than that, it follows the above keymap.
FreeBSD console keyboard mapping for the original Happy Hacking Keyboard. US mapping, but Swedish characters at Alt + ][\|}{, and function keys changes virtual console unmodified.
FreeBSD console keyboard mapping for the original HHKB. US mapping just like the above, but Swedish characters by default on ][\|}{. Get the original by pressing Alt simultaneously.
Function keys changes virtual console unmodified.
FreeBSD console keyboard mapping for the original HHKB. Swedish standard mapping. Exceptions:
'*, are on the top row next to ´` since there is no room for them next to äÄ.
<> are on the rightmost button on the top row, since there is no room for them next to zZ.
~^ are next to åÅ, that is, there is no diaresis.
Like all other of my Swedish keyboard mappings, you get }{|][\ by pressing AltGr (right Alt on HHKB) and åäöÅÄÖ.
Function keys changes virtual console unmodified.
Same thing for the Linux console on a standard PC keyboard.
A Linux console keymap for a Happy Hacking Keyboard Professional 2.
X11 keyboard mapping for the NCD 16 X terminal with the Cherry LK201-lookalike.
Linux console keymap for a Sun type 4 keyboard.
X11 keymap for a Sun type 4 keyboard.
X11 keymap for a Sun type 5 keyboard.
Updated 2010-07-17 for X.org 1.7.5 servers and a bug.
A straight US mapping for PFU's Happy Hacking Keyboard with switches in the 001000 position. Verified to work with original HHKB and HHKB Pro 2. Besides the US mapping it also has Swedish characters where a person used to the Swedish version of 7 bit ASCII would expect them if you press the right ALT key, that is: å at }, ä at {, ö at | and so on. Also includes dead keys for diaeresis, circumflex and tilde.
Same as above, but the other way around. The Swedish characters are the default and you need to press right ALT to get {}, [], \ and |.
Updated 2010-07-17 for X.org 1.7.5 server, which suddenly reported the right meta key as keycode 129 instead of keycode 143.
Swedish mapping for Happy Hacking Keyboard. Verified to work both on original HHKB and on HHKB Pro 2 with switches in the 001000 position. Most users of a standard Swedish keyboard will feel mostly at home. The exceptions are:
'*, are on the top row on the key marked as \| since there is no room for them next to äÄ where they are on a standard Swedish keyboard.
<> are on the rightmost button on the top row, marked as '~, since there is no room for them next to zZ.
~^ are next to åÅ, on the key marked as ]}. You get a dead diaresis with AltGr and this key. Shift + AltGr gives you a dead "^".
The key marked as =+ generates dead acute accent ('), with shift a direct grave accent (`) and with AltGr gives you a dead grave accent.
If you're running without the X Input Method (XIM), or your program doesn't work with XIM, AltGr + e gives you é and AltGr + u gives you ü.
The diamond keys gives you left and right Meta keys and Mod1. The left Alt gives you Alt and Mod2. The right Alt gives you Mode_switch and Mod5.
Like all other of my Swedish keyboard mappings, you get }{|][\ by pressing AltGr (right Alt on HHKB) and åäöÅÄÖ.
